Informed I would arrive late 🙄 person was upset when I arrived ! Was given a used bed sheets where not change , went to take a shower got locked in as door handle was broken ! Air-condition turned off during the day instead of turned down low ! Reviews need updating not the same place as it was before 👎 long term tenents not a place for foreigners

The breakfast was excellent and sumptuous. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting destinations and one even walked me to the bus stop. They patiently heated water for me in the microwave as the tap water is not potable.

O local é agradável e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Entretanto, devido ao calor intenso, o conforto térmico não é adequado, pois não é possível ligar o ar-condicionado durante o dia e as áreas comuns (copa, sala de estar) não possuem ventilador. O fornecimento de água para beber estava comprometido.

Apesares, porém excelência.
Apesar de um atendimento confuso e duvidoso, um pouco de desrespeito para com o cliente, foram extremamente coniventes com minha situação e me proporcionaram o melhor, dentro do possível, um dos melhores quartos e estadia que eu poderia ter.
