Estadia tranquila; bom café da manhã; funcionários atenciosos; boa localização. O sinal wi-fi não funciona nos quartos distantes do hall do elevador e o 4G, perde o sinal de cobertura. O roteador é alternado por andar, sugestão ter um por andar.

Lugar bom pra passar poucos dias hospedado, visto que não tem tanto conforto, o quarto que fiquei o ar condicionado não funcionava direito. Mas estava tudo bem limpo, e um maravilhoso café da manhã.

Desistimos de ir ao Café da manhã nos outros 4 dias seguidos, pois no primeiro dia faltou tudo e a reposição foi tão demorada que desistimos. Uma pessoa somente para atender o salão, deu até dó dela. Os colchões do quarto horríveis, falta todo tipo de manutenção, até o assento sanitário era de última qualidade. Funcionários com oscilações de educação, ora bem e ora de mau humor. Teve momentos que uma funcionária nos atendeu no balcão com um bico de raiva enorme. Único ponto positivo é a localização no bairro de boa Vista, mas cuidado a noite. Um prédio histórico que deveria ser mais bem cuidado estruturalmente e pela direção. Não voltaremos mais.

Não gostei, primeiramente tive que esperar duas horas para o check in, após 7 horas de viagem cheguei e esperar mais duas pra entrar pro quarto? Absurdo. Após check in nao tinha toalha para tomar banho mais 3pl0 minutos de espera. Pra mim isso ja desmotivou a estádia.

O hotel é antigo, mas bem localizado. O ar condicionado é velho, mas se vc pensar que eh um prédio tombado. Eh bom q tenha o ar nos quartos. O banheiro eh bem antigo e tem q ter cuidado para nao tomar choque, no banheiro tem as instruções segui tudo direitinho entao nao tive problemas. Mas o staff do hotel eh bem simpático, fiquei apenas um fds então para poucos dias eh bom.
