The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

O hotel está precisando urgentemente de substituição de carpete e móveis. Está com um cheiro insuportável de mofo que me rendeu uma gigantesca crise alérgica. Decepcionante. O hotel é bem antigo, a água do banheiro é nojenta, com a aparência de suja o tempo todo e quando foi as 09:30 começaram a usar uma furadeira e não consegui dormir mais.
