Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo

O Hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa, porém, não vale 4 estrelas. Não tem estacionamento para hóspedes, não tem serviço de carregador de bagagem, check-in e check out demorado, piscina rasa, não tem serviço de BAR na área da piscina, nenhum atendente vai até você na piscina, a pessoa tem que se deslocar até o bar próximo. O quarto ficou quente ao amanhecer do dia, pq não tem blackout nos vidros. O hotel não tem carregador veicular para carros elétricos.

Estadia foi muito boa, café da manhã excelente, restaurante ótimo, porém o checkup e o checkout deixam muito a desejar, um hotel desse porte é você ficar de 15 a 20 minutos aguardando para ser atendido, isso é lamentável para um hotel desse nível.

Precisa melhorar muito. A experiência de check in e check out é péssima. Chegamos do Show de Caetano e Bethânia e o hotel estava sem água para tomarmos banho, informamos a recepção e não tivemos retorno. O café da manhã é ok, mas não faz jus à propaganda. Quartos bons e bela vista. Equipe nao é acolhedora, observei isto em vários momentos, inclusive com idosos
