Close to old town which is where the action Is around Carnival. Nothing much around it but better that further south. It’s right at Marina if you are a boater.

Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo

Vista Linda!

Hotel novo, com instalações ótimas (piscina/academia/lounge). Vista linda. Café da manhã variado. Existem dois restaurastes excelentes ao lado do hotel. Ainda precisa melhorar o treinamento dos funcionários. O funcionário bateu na porta falando “frigobar”, antes que pudéssemos dizer qualquer coisa, ele já abriu a porta do quarto.

Serviço do restaurante ruim

O serviço de restaurante e de room Service são muito ruins. Não conseguimos comer omelete ou tapioca porque a demora era muito grande no café da manhã, tranquilamente mais de uma hora. O serviço de quarto para entregar apenas água demorou mais de uma hora também. E a qualidade geral da culinaria também ficam a desejar.
