Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo

Muito novo e comfortável, merece ser aproveitado, elegante e de frente ao porto de Recife , possui uma marina incrivel, com uma vista espetacular. Piscina aquecida no sexto e ultimo andar, todo o complexo hoteleiro muito bem arquitetado e administrado.

NÃO ENTREGUE SEU VEÍCULO AO HOTEL
Não entregue seu veículo aos manobristas do hotel! Nos momentos em que o veículo fica nas “dependências” do estacionamento, cobrado à parte, podem utilizá-los para fins diversos. Minha ocorrência foi reportada diretamente à gerência do hotel. Deixaram meu veículo com forte odor de suor e cheio de pelos. Posição de TODOS os bancos alteradas, ar condicionado em configuração diversa da costumeiramente usado e autonomia diminuída (o que indica que o veículo passou bom tempo funcionando parado). Só quem fez e Deus sabem o que fizeram. Estou aguardando posicionamento oficial do hotel. Ficaram de manter contato.
