The stay was average overall. The staff, location, food, room and pool were fine - nothing to get excited over. The only real complaint was that our room didn't appear to have been cleaned very well, if at all. The bathroom floor and ppillow cases were very dirty.

Prob a 2 star at the least, worst of all, they are expanding big time and construction starts at 7.30am, no chance of resting in on a vacation:( The bathrooms are barely big enough for 1 person to stand, let alone trying to sit on the toilet !!! Other than that, good location .

Uma semana especial em Porto De Galinhas
Fomos bem atendidos em tudo. Ambiente aconchegante e agradável. O Restaurante é um diferencial pois as pessoas ficam mais livres e despreocupados na hora de comer e onde de alimentar. Agradeço a toda equipe da pousada.

A estadia foi boa, mas poderia ter sido melhor considerando o valor pago. O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade; já estive em hotéis com menos estrutura, mas que ofereciam um café da manhã mais completo. No quarto em que ficamos, o ar-condicionado fazia um barulho muito alto quando ligado, e o ruído piorava ainda mais quando o compressor entrava em funcionamento. Reclamei na recepção, mas não recebi nenhum feedback sobre o problema. A única solução oferecida foi reduzir a temperatura do ar-condicionado para evitar o barulho do compressor. Além disso, apesar do valor elevado da estadia, ainda é cobrado um valor adicional se precisar de toalhas para a piscina. Há também uma taxa extra se você quiser trocar as roupas de cama antes dos três dias de estadia, o que considero inadequado, especialmente em uma cidade praiana, onde seria ideal que as roupas de cama fossem trocadas com maior frequência. Outro ponto negativo é que o hotel, mesmo estando em uma cidade praiana e possuindo piscina, não permite que os hóspedes aproveitem a área à noite, pois a piscina, o bar e o restaurante fecham às 20h. Na verdade, esses serviços encerram um pouco antes desse horário. No geral, a experiência foi de boa para ruim, e pelo valor pago, não pretendo voltar. O atendimento dos colaboradores, por outro lado, foi bom.
