Não recomendo.
Na entrada parecia um hotel 3 estrelas. Mas o quarto que eu fiquei (606) não é nada bom. Estrutura extremamente antiga, o quarto tem dois pavimentos, na inferior não tem nada, apenas uma escada em caracol em de carpete (isso mesmo, ainda existe ambiente assim) no final do ambiente que leva ao ambiente de cima onde tem as camas. Camas parecem colchões de água de tão molengas o ambiente é muito antigo e fica com aquele aspecto de suja, mas a escada de carpete é possível identificar cabelos de diversas cores e tamanhos. Realmente eu não recomendo. Pelo valor pago existem outros em Recife com qualidade superior.

Já me hospedei outras vezes no vela branca e foi tudo ok, porém dessa vez colocaram a gente no quarto (205) com um banheiro péssimo, a água do box vazava para o banheiro inteiro, o banheiro ficava alagado e ainda tinha um mal cheiro de esgoto, o espelho do banheiro tava horrível e não tinha a ducha do vaso, o quarto tbm tinha cheiro de mofo, reclamei na recepção e pedi pra trocar de quarto, o rapaz da recepção foi ótimo, muito prestativo, trocou a gente de quarto, esse quarto novo era ótimo, limpo e cheiroso.

Pra quem não for muito exigente e tiver paciência.
Instalações antigas, elevador com programação pra sair do térreo só quando alguém vai subir, cheguei a esperar 15 minutos o elevador pra descer, o quarto não tinha toalha, após solicitar recebi uma toalha antiga com furos. Café da manhã simples. Localizador perto de bons restaurantes. Estacionamento pago por fora da diária. Estadia de Pets pago por fora da diária.
