Hotel fica muito bem localizado no bairro de boa viagem, próximo de bons restaurantes, lanchonetes, churrascaria, mercado e praia. Excelente pra quem deseja ficar próximo ao aeroporto ( 10 min de carro). Café da manhã básico, porém, com ingredientes de boa qualidade e apresentação. Quartos são grandes e limpos. Mesmo sendo numa avenida muito conhecida e movimentada de Recife o silêncio nos quartos é real. Quartos limpos, ar condicionado silencioso split e água quente e forte nos banheiros. Apenas 10 minutos caminhada para chegar a praia de boa viagem . Tem um excelente restaurante bem na frente, e ao lado um McDonald's. Excelente custo X benefício. Hotel dispõe de uma sala de apoio 24HS p hóspedes com : FERRO DE PASSAR, MICROONDAS, CHALEIRA ELÉTRICA .

O banheiro e quarto fediam a água sanitária, cheiro insuportável, inclusive as toalhas e a roupa de cama também tinham esse cheiro, fiquei até mal por conta disso. A colchão extremamente desconfortável e os travesseiros velhos, duros. Frigobar cheio de gelo e cheiro de podre. O hall do hotel é ok, mas o quarto em si é péssimo.

Fui desrespeitado, só consegui falar com a gerent.
Fui muito ruim e fui desprezado e não respeitar o o meu direito de consumidor. Não recomendo e nunca mais me hospedo em um hotel dessa rede… tem alguns colaboradores bons, mas, tinha barata em meu quarto, colchões velhos, tortos. Manutenção precária nas torneiras do banheiro, ar-condicionado não desliga e nem você consegue mudar a temperatura, isso no primeiro quarto que me colocaram. Esqueceram de limpar o quarto, tracar as toalhas e você tem que per , por favor na recepção para que alguém te ajude, pois os interfones não estavam funcionando, isso, depois de você trabalhar o dia todo, chegar cansado, por volta das 23hs, pra descansar e aí, você tem que trocar de quarto, pois você descobre que esses problemas existem, principalmente no primeiro quarto que me colocaram. Sem contar que você, digo eu, tive que fazer a mudança, sozinho em 3 viagens, do 7 para o primeiro andar, pois não tinha e não tem, ninguém pra te ajudar. Nunca mais , um hotel dessa rede…. Não recomendo, se for diferente disso, vai ter sorte!!!

A estadia não foi tão boa. A estrutura do hotel parece ser toda antiga, contando também os móveis, tv e ar-condicionado. O colchão e os travesseiros eram muito velhos, o que proporcionou noites mal dormidas. O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã era ok e o estacionamento era pago no local (valor além da estadia).
