A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

A localizacao do hotel é otima mas só. Hotel antigo que precisa de reformas urgente, chuveiro ruim, travesseiros muito fino e antigo, toalhas velhas, furadas e pequenas (muito surradas). Sabonete ruim e limitado, pois nao sao repostos diariamente.

A cama era boa e o chuveiro (elétrico) funciona e o atendimento era bom, fora isso o quarto estava em péssimas condições, paredes sujas, móveis quebrados e caindo, banheiro com azulejos velhos e encardidos, box quebrado e vazando.

Vou com frequência para esse hotel. O atrativo é o preço e também a localidade.Os pontos negativos são os banheiros, onde as torneiras são muitos curtas, dificultando lavar as mãos e a entrada do box muito próximo ao vaso sanitário ( isso nos quartos mais econômicos ).O café da manhã é outro ponto negativo, pois é muito simples e repetitivo.Pelo porte do hotel poderia ser bem melhor.

Ótimo custo-benefício.

Excelente localização, o hotel fica na melhor parte do Recife. O café da manhã é ok. O quarto precisa de uns pequenos reparos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Funcionários atenciosos. Recomendo e pretendo voltar ao hotel.
