A mixed view of my stay here
The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Péssima experiencia
Fui realocado em outro hotel da rede, terrível, bem diferente das fotos que eu contratei. Ar-condicionado não funcionava, pia do banheiro entupida, vazou agua suja pelo sifão e caiu tudo no chão com um cheiro horrível, até que insisti e nos trocaram de quarto. Café da manhã bem fraquinho, comparado ao tamanho do hotel.

Fizemos uma viagem de ano novo. O quarto estava com a cortina blackout rasgada. O banheiro do quarto não tinha saída para ventilação natural e tinha um cheiro nada agradável. No dia 01/01 não estenderam o horário do café da manhã. O hotel estava cheio e tinha apenas um elevador que demorava bastante. Tivemos que usar as escadas. O café da manhã os produtos eram de má qualidade, não havia sequer leite quente. Todos os dias o café foi igual. Na noite do dia 31/12, não havia toalhas no hotel para os hóspedes. Já estive em hóteis de custo benefício, mas que tinham alguma organização e limpeza, diferentemente deste.
