We had a wonderful time the room was spotless and the inn was so cute and cozy , the staff was so friendly ! And we got to see “Mr pickles “ the outside cat we we arrived, we booked on Valentine’s Day and it was cute and decorated with a complimentary glass of wine in lobby. Now that being said I had some user error I believe when booking so I requested when I booked online rose petals in room and champagne… on there instagram it says you can request that but when you book online with hotels.com the staff didn’t get message so I recommend calling the hotel if you have a request like that I’m sure they would have accommodated … my only “real” complaint was the mattress it was definitely low quality and uncomfortable I was in a standard kind so maybe the suites have better mattresses ? If we just had a comfortable mattress the trip would have bin perfect! ( the history of the place is really cool too )

Cozy, room couldve been updated. Plugs are loose. But honestly the whole vibe and feeling of the place makes something small like that irrelevant. High recommend if youre looking for a cozy stay thats different from the major chains.

Room was clean and warm which was good as it was very cold when we were there. Maid service was great, every day clean towels, the staff was wonderful when we asked for extra blanket and to help with tv issue. Wonderful restaurant we could walk to to get food and cocktails.

The staff was great and personable. Very helpful and accommodating. Allowed me to check in several hours early as they had a ready room. The room was large and as clean as a room can be. Comfortable bed and a beautiful live yellow rose on the bedside. Perfect touch!
