They advertise breakfast is served every day but the dinning area was closed on our first morning. The person at the front desk said it wouldn't be open until Saturday morning then charged us $20 dollars for two terrible small coffee's and two bagel CHIPS from a vending machine area. A sign on the bathroom mirror states you must ask to have your room freshened and clean towels. Nothing was freshened, beds not made, and yes I had to call to get clean towels. Saturday morning was $40 for two egg and cheese sandwiches. I paid over $500 for two nights through expedia and seen now that the rooms at the hotel website are much less at $200 - $300 for two nights. There was short black hairs under my pillows also. The only good thing was how quiet it was and two staff members were very nice. The rest was awful.

The hotel charged us $150 more to have our dog. That was not disclosed. And the room rate was supposed to be $109 with my rewards and they charged me $291. The room wasn’t very clean, and there was no breakfast or food available at the hotel. Only a Starbucks that was run by the hotel staff while also covering the front desk. That doesn’t work so well.

If you want to save $500 a night after tax and fees, stay here—it IS-15 mins from the very nice Long Branch beach, but on a weekday when traffic isn’t too bad and parking can be had for free (just two blocks from beach), this place is a great value play. I would not recommend it on the weekend, because it will take forever to get back and forth to the beach and parking is tough, but it’s great for the weekday beach trip and the icing on the hotel cake is they have a very nice, clean and quiet outdoor pool. Right on the beach was $700/nt all in and this is a better room for $160/nt all in.

We had a great stay . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable,clean and quiet. Thank you for the very nice stay. The only complaint was I wish the outdoor pool had been a little cleaner. Just needed skimmed a bit more, other than that great stay. Will definitely be back again. Thanks.
