Just for a quick 1 night stay after concert at Asbury Park. Not bad overall. Could use some minor fixes but not a bad place to stay. Only issue was light outside balcony/porch--was VERY BRIGHT!! Didnt see a switch to turn off--but kept the room lit--and i usually sleep in darkness--so it was rough!

Horrible air quality and horrible handling of their issues by the staff. No refund or credit offered despite having to leave at 6 am due to headaches and our noses stuffed so bad we couldnt breathe. Hand stains on our wall over the bed we had to clean ourselves i assume from someone elses sex which is beyond disgusting. This place sucks.

I did not stay here once arrived i found the entire place hallways to have strong odor of smoking marajuanna Due to my health reasons by a doctor i cannot stay in a place where that is allowed in the rooms very disappointing. They did not refund me for entire booking and i didnt even stay there ..

The place is outdated but is convenient and comfortable no signs of bugs and is clean and they have metal frames on beds which I was impressed with I will go back again

This place is extremely worn down. The smell in the room was something I hope to forget. The toilet would only handle one flush an hour if that.. I was on the second floor and you could feel soft spots in the floor. The Wi-Fi was terrible and would not stay completely connected. The walls were dirty with hand marks. The chairs on the balconies were all worn down or broken. The back parking lot where the dumpster is was over run with stray cats.

The whole place smells of weed use. Upon entering our room, the bathroom was occupied by a staff member. The bedding had a cigarette burn and some black substance on it. The flooring was buckled throughout, as if there had been major water damage at some point.

This was a quick last minute stay. We were actually at Pointe Pleasant for the day, but were looking for something budget friendly. For the price and for just one night, this place was acceptable. Definitely nothing spectacular. The rooms were clean and looked ok. Beds themselves were comfortable but the pillows were absolutely awful. We had to fold the in half to make them even slightly usable. My son's blanket had cigarette burn marks, even though it's a non smoking facility. The shower pressure was amazing and the pool was nice, but it closed at 6 pm, which was odd to me. I would have like to have a coffee maker in the room but they did supply free coffee at the lobby. All in all, not an awful stay for a night but wouldn't spend any more then that there.
