We had stayed at this hotel for family events in the past - several years ago - and found it to be more than adequate. Hard to describe our surprise when we found it in pretty run down state this time. Metal frame with a mattress on top as the bed, dirty towels, even the soap package dirty, broken and dirty burners. Once we 'chatted' with a few people hanging around the outside, we realized the main change: The place is now also used to provide temporary housing for homeless people from the area. We understand that those kinds of arrangements are necessary and people need help, but you should really let potential hotel guest know in advance and let them make the decision as to where they want to stay. Fortunately, I guess, we had to change our plans anyway and depart earlier and the hotel staff was very nice in cancelling and refunding the remaining three nights. I think in the future, I may have to rely in Trivago for my advance bookings, since Expedia wasn't that forthcoming in describing this establishment.

If you are looking for an inexpensive clean place to stay this is it. It's pet friendly so expect to see a hair here and there but for the most part it was okay. If you have a special needs child and need the TV this is not the place, but the wifi works.

There was a hole in the shower There were stains in the sheets. We asked for another room and was informed that the system didn’t allow us to change rooms We got new set of sheets but when we woke up the next day my wife had bed bug bites. Just terrible experience.

photos on website made it seem much nicer then it really was, for $400 it was WAY OVERPRICED; room was icky, floors dirty and sticky, couple hairs on bed, couple of small bugs in bathroom
