I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service/lack of accomodation this location provided. I had just flown in from Florida and had a 4:00 pm wedding to make. (The venue was 9 minutes from the hotel) It was 10:30am when I made my initial contact with the front desk employee. I informed him of my circumstances and he assured me he will give me a call as soon as a room is ready. I asked for a general time estimate and he simply stated checkout is at 11 and he does not know. I left and came back at 12:30pm. At that time I asked about an update and the man rolled his eyes at me and reiterated that he will call when its ready. I informed him that I was outside in my rental car waiting as I had nowhere else to go until then. 1:45 rolled around and I still had not received a call. I went inside again and nobody came to the front desk. I was at a loss an began to do my hair in the lobby bathroom. I was very disappointed. Around 2:15/2:30 I could hear other guests arriving and being checked in, but I had yet to receive a call. I finished the section of my hair and went to the front desk myself. There was a new employee there. I casually asked if he knew the name of the man who had just been at the desk before him and after insisting he had absolutely no idea who worked before him, he became defensive and proceeded to give me a false name when I asked for his. (Why are these hospitality employees not wearing name tags??) I was late to the wedding and had to sit out for the cere

The staff doesn't care, they just take your money! I wouldn't recommend to anybody! The toilet holder came out of the wall when to used it. Any complaints we made were not addressed,

I reserved the property (2 night stay) through Expedia in my name (1 room with 3 guests). Due to being ill I could not join my husband & daughter. The property would not honor the reservation because I was not there. My husband & daughter have the same last name & live at the same address. They each had the hotel confirmation on their phones. My husband even did the pre check-in in advance using his credit card. When the reservation was not being honored, I called the Front Desk and was just told to take it up with Expedia. Told that the Reservation must match the person checking in. I contacted Expedia virtually who also called the property and still no success. To say the least my family and I were Angry, Upset and Very Frustrated. I’m now very unlikely to ever book with Expedia again. I started a virtual Expedia chat the following day and my last question was never answered. “I’m sure this is not the first time the person who booked the property could not be there at check-in time”. “What is done in situations such as this!”. Maybe this might bring to light a policy that needs to be revised. Thank you for whatever help I can receive as I was called a No Show and supposedly being charged for a 1-night stay which I Refuse to pay. I hope my review is read by someone who can look into this situation further and get back to me. Thank you, Lisa

Rooms are large, comfortable, clean. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Staff was very pleasant. I had a nice stay. Only 2 disappointments. Bldg is constructed with a very long hallway, and a very long walk to my room from main entrance. And the price for one night's stay was exorbitant. I was in town for a wedding, and glad to find a hotel. But I felt a taken advantage of on price. And the additional charge in case of room damage-- although it was refunded-- strikes me as unfriendly.

What a waste of money, Dirty, Bad rude so called "Manager" who also, cooks, front desk, cleaning crew and doesn't wear safety food gloves while handling food ,also don't ask for a clean towel ,THERE'S NONE .Broken toilet seat and ripped chair in room ( got pics to prove it) Expedia, from now on I will be very worry of your choices for rooms specially, this is the places that give you Expedia a bad reputation.I will also be filling a complaint with the main office for Wyndham.

Front desk staff held us up for over 2 hours when we tried to change our room from a handicap room to a reg delux with a kitchen. We settled on a regular king room at midnight because we were tired of the dispute. Hotel blamed our inconvenience on our booking through Expedia of which I never had a problem. Hotel is outdated and in serious need of updates! The Hotel Gen Mgr Steven said he couldn’t help us with changing our room and Expedia told us there was nothing they could do it was up to the hotel. I made a complaint to the Better Buisiness Bureau and Wyndham Hotels!

Not sure what folks who paid for early check-in would have done because I arrived at 2:30 and there was a sign stating staff would be back in 15 mins. but they did not arrive until 3:00 on the dot so there was a line waiting. Check-in was quick one I reached the counter and the gentleman waiting on me was cordial. There was one gentleman behind the counter that was not cordial to the customers. Not greeting for speaking much to the customers. My key card didn't work a couple of times and I had to wait until he returned to the desk and he didn't greet me so I told him I needed the car rekeyed and he just took it and gave it back saying "here". He was a black gentlemen and I am African American so not stating this because of his race. I just expect a much more welcome experience when staying at a hotel. There was a desk chair in the room 225 that needs replacing. There is no cushion tot he seat and the leather is peeling. Sharing so that things can be improved for future customers.

Room was clean, but the tub and sink drains backed up which left them filthy. Check in was awful. We wanted to pay for an early check in but nobody was at the desk from 1:30pm till 3:00pm. At 3:00 pm, there was a long line of guests to check in because nobody was allowed to check in before that. Must develop a different system.

the hotel was fine. our room was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. they did charge an extra $500+ at check in because i checked in online and i was not prepared for that. glad i used my credit card in case i have to dispute that charge (they said it would be refunded).
