Nice room. The front desk guy was a little slow with the breakfast. Should not let coffee run out. And make guest wait 10 min+. Otherwise visit was great.

To start, the deadbolt was non operational. Tried calling the front desk and the phone was non operational. The toilet paper hanger was coming off the wall. The body wash in the shower was empty. The shower leaked all over the floor and soaking the floor mat. Will never return here!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. However, we got very little sleep due to the traffic noise from the adjacent freeway, a continual drip from the outside downspout, and the folks in the next room watching a game. We also had no carpet in our room (did I accidentally book a handicap room?), so noises were amplified. We've stayed at this property before, but had a room on the front side so we didn't have the same issue with the noise.

Freeway is very close & loud. AC/heat unit had issues. When you get in the room there is immediately a threat list of costs if you take/ruin items all the way down to the mattresses. I was exhausted and couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. Bring earplugs.

I chose this place without any research for the price. It is nothing special and away from restaurants and downtown :(. I wasn't looking for anything but a clean place to sleep and it did provide that. The heater is noisy and not easy to sleep when it comes on. I turned it off until I woke up cold in the morning. Train tracks are very close but there were none after I went to bed. One staff member was not very friendly but the one who checked me in was helpful in choosing a restaurant. Steps upstairs were narrow and difficult to carry luggage.
