Great place. Call ahead though if you have a pet. They don't allow pets up on the top floor, so if those rooms are sold out, you may be looking elsewhere.

Staffs are friendly and proper service skills, facility is clean, well maintained. Location is good, a bit noisy front load is busy traffic always, also train noises are bothering, glad not often services. Averall, we have no complains.

Elevator was broken, had to lug a family of fours luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast drinks were warm. Ceiling was leaking near the elevator. Was a decent bed with a roof over our head but wouldn’t stay again.

Needed a few hours rest while traveling. It was comfortable and the staff was nice. In the morning they had breakfast and to go bags with muffins, fruit and granola bars which my son really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're traveling that way.

Elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs with no help with our bags for 2 days . The ice machines on the 3rd floor did not work. The juice machine in the breakfast area was putting out warm juice. The hotel itself is getting old, the bed was terrible, it smelled old and was run down. After decades of staying there, we won’t be back.
