5 nights there due to no cancellations. rooms are dated but comfortable. no housekeeping during full stay. had to ask for toilet paper,soap and towels. no seating in the hot tub, standing only. hard to get in and out. unsafe neighborhood and dirty outside. potholes in parking lot are huge. would never stay there again. Free breakfast was sub par. at least you cannot mess up toast and jam.

Its the second time I’ve stayed here the room was in need of roof work in the room as it had a plaster patch that was rough not smooth at all. The Air conditioning wouldn’t cool the room down very good so the second night I got back late and it was really warm in the room. So I opened the patio to the courtyard area which was way cooler then my room. So at 10:30 I called the front desk about so they sent the maintenance guy to come look he ended up looking at it and though it was fixed but then came back 10 min after and it quit working so he said we’ll move buoy to another room. So I went to the room to drop my stuff off then went to the front desk to get new cards then he said it was for a different room and I had to go get my stuff and move to the other side of the hotel. But it was still good.

The hallways smell. The rooms are worn , carpets dirty,ceiling looks like it could fall ,very poor patch job. The bathtub was full and it flooded onto the floor a bit. It was not a great first impression of our stay. The staff are courteous and they are fixing the problem.

The staff waited until I was checked in to advise me that there would be no water during my stay. Had I known, I would have gone somewhere else. Upon check-in I had notified the front desk agent that I had brought my dog, and agreed on the pet fee. When checking out the next morning the next front desk agent wanted to charge me $300 for not disclosing that we had a pet because the 1st agent didn't make note of it and apparently put us in a non-pet friendly room. The AC/furnace unit in the room was also extremely loud and in need of repairs. Area didn't feel very safe. Thankfully, the water didn't end up getting shut off, but it caused unnecessary stress after a long travel day.

The hotel is very run down, Stains on the carpet it just looked dirtry. The parking lot was full of pot holes. There was only one towel in our room when we arrived. The staff was nice and the pool area was good as well. But the rest needs an upgrade.

Salt water pool was a unique highlight. The pool area is woody with real plants and trees indoor. The rooms are a bit dated. However, renovations were ongoing at the time of stay. Parking lot could use a big upgrade. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was alright.

It was cheap but could have definitely used some more time cleaning the room. Door frames were covered in dirty hand prints, a couple of the towels had what looked like dirt from being grabbed with dirty hands maybe? Wouldn’t book again.

The people were friendly but the repair and cleanliness of the building leaves something to be desired. Pot holes in the parking lot you could do serve damage to vehicles. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which is too early for me.
