It’s a good place with affordable price. The only issue is the smell inside the room. I know smoking is prohibited in the facility, but still there’s a bad smell. Staff is really helpful.

This place is cheap, but it’s dirty, poorly maintained and has a shady crowd hanging around. Would not recommend for families or anyone not wanting to wake up to cigarette butts and Jack Daniel’s bottles strewn about the property.

This motel was deplorable. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the room and all of our clothing. There were holes in the walls and the bathroom and kitchenette dirty. Overpriced flea bag motel. Not recommended

The only good thing is that you are across from the beach. Rude checkin, old property, garbage around the entrance of our room, cigarette burns on the bathroom counter… you can hear the people upstairs until 5am. Not worth the money

It was a great stay. You get a 2 star room but it is so affordable and it’s right on the water. And the staff were all very friendly.

I was very hesitant when I booked, but it was literally the last room in the entirety of Sylvan Lake. It was fine for one night, definitely not 2! The room stank of weed, the police was in the parking lot when we arrived, sorting out a nuisance guest. The room was extremely basic and the shower was tiny, I’m tiny so that’s okay, but a larger person would probably struggle. I paid $202, again it was my only choice and only night to get away. Definitely needs closing down and to be completely refurbished, however, I don’t think that’ll happen!!
