The property was fine I didn’t like that there was not a fan in the bathroom and our initial check in process wasn’t great I felt the clerk was trying to make me pay upfront for the hotel and the deposit when Expedia says you can pay at Checkout

Located near the waterfront and within walking distance of most bars and eateries. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful. They also have a machine that dispenses espresso drinks. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sylvan.

Very clean and close to all amenities. Can be very hectic during certain times but pretty good service. Elevator needs some work as its very slow! The pool and hottub were a nice bonus 🙂

Wonderful stay.

This was a very nice hotel. Only complaint we had is that they didn’t supply a coffee maker, but we travelled with our Keurig with us so it wasn’t a problem, plus they had coffee in the lobby, plus the breakfast was excellent.

I loved that the property was almost lake front. Stepping out of the room to go to the beach was hassle free, they even have wagons to use to cart your stuff to the beach for the day. I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows. I feel claustrophobic when I can’t have fresh air and it’s only circulating air in the building.
