Older property,but not bad. Could use new carpets, room was decent,comfortable bed. Non smoking room but lots of buts on the patio. Did get someone to clean it up on request. Good shower.

WE'LL BE BACK!!

The location was easy to get to and all of the amenities were as advertised , working and spotless .We will be back for the food and steam room alone . The staff were helpful and friendly and ,well ,the bed was very comfortable.

The outside seemed to have quite a few homeless people. The room was comfy and the club lounge was very welcoming and friendly with a decent spread of food…get a club room to enjoy this! The tv was complicated to use and very limited of channels, heard the same from another guest in the elevator. Overall it was a nice stay and the building inside is beautiful however we came on a long weekend and the Monday the shops inside were closed and the main fancy restaurant is open odd hours.

We stood in line, checked in, went all the way up to our room only to find the keys didn't work. I went back to the lobby, stood in line again, finally got to the front and told the attendant that our keys didn't work. He found that we had been given the wrong room number!! They never have enough staff at the check in desk! Most of the time when I walked past the desk, there was only one person on staff with a long line up. There was no option for a quick check out. Had to go stand in line again!!

I have stayed there about 7 times already in different years it’s a really good place to stay it’s very clean and very nice people who work there even the casino was excellent customer service. The food was amazing if you ever stay at that hotel go to eat at the casino. The breakfast supper was amazing and a good deal good price. The only complaint I have is when I went to check in on Friday night to ask how much it was per night that there was an East Indian guy that works there with glasses. He had a bad attitude and he told me it was a $356 for two nights went on the website is $128 per night. He was charging me over $100 more and he didn’t even actually look. He was just being rude when I went so Icasino was excellent customer service. The food was amazing if you ever stay at that hotel go to eat at the casino. The breakfast supper was amazing and a good deal good price. The only complaint I have is when I went to check in on Friday night to ask how much it was per night that there was a East Indian guy that works there with glasses.
