The facility was old, and the sink and bathroom water didn’t drain well. Also, the heater was quite noisy, which was disappointing. Although it’s a hotel, complimentary water is not provided. However, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly.

Terrible Experience

The people in the room beside us partied until 4 am. I called the front desk four times and got dressed and went to the front desk once asking them to do something about the noise from the next room. The front desk received several noise complaints about the party in Room 201. They sent up their security guy each time and he was ineffective every time in shutting down the party. When I went to the front desk I asked the front clerk to either evict them or call the police; they did neither. We didn't get any sleep and the hotel was negligent in not handling a unruly/rowdy/disruptive guest in an appropriate manner. We had requested a Club Room which is on a higher floor with views of the city. We were put on the second floor with a view of the back of a building. We were offered the "perks" of the club room and received one free drink and some appetizers. The website states the VIP lounge offers 24 hour light snacks, coffee and juice. The first time we went to the lounge, there were two small pastries and some muffins. When we went later, there were no snacks at all. I feel we should have gotten a free night for another Club Room, however, the resort won't give us one.

Great location for shopping. Bar lounge had great service !! Food was really good but limited menu. Nice to have happy hour prices for drinks and food. Rooms are just dated and need painting. Just makes the rooms look less clean. Bed linens super clean! Good amenities.

Terrible stay very unhappy

First they gave us a room that was occupied. Then gave us a room on the fourteenth floor 1402 next to the elevator with no heat dirty and noisy. I almost drove home we were so cold thank god I packed a heat pad and wheat bags.

There was people running up and down the halls screaming and slamming doors hard to sleep both nights. The room had candy on the floor and the carpet was sticky in a few places, the duvet had what looked like blood on it. The hanging bed skirt also had gross sticky stuff on it. Was gross white crusty stains on inside of the shower curtain. The floor on front of the elevator on our floor has food spilled and was there both days we stayed. Went to use the pool and there was children having a snowball fight in the pool.
