The property is excellent except with the attitude of the front desk staffs. They treat us like we are a burden, any request they straight away they will reject and say it’s not the guidelines of this property..just one hour late check out they straight away rejected, that’s just one of the requests that we asked, they even didn’t provide a proper receipt, said arrange from Expedia

It was very convenient to the westerner centre where our function was at. We had a late check in and staff was very accommodating. Had a pool & hot tub as well as a big hot breakfast.

The rooms are very noisy.. no sound proofing room to room we could hear the entire conversation from the room next door from the adjoining doors it was loose and all sound came through. And the tubs are old and rusty
