The bed was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the fact that there was no elevator. We are seniors with health issues and we should have asked for help to carry our luggage to the third floor, but we didn’t. Our fault.

The location is ideal ,fairly quiet being at the end of lakeshore , but still easy walk to lake or restaurants.Rooms are a little dated but clean and affordable.Been staying here 12 days in last month for work and the free breakfast is average at best ( been skipping it lately).Had dinner in restaurant a couple times ,not great.

We found the service to be quite poor, especially in the restaurant. The A/C unit was on and off all night, blowing right onto our faces- worst sleep we ever had. The rooms are small and stuffy-not as advertised online. The place definitely needs upgrades.
