I am so very disappointed that even though my daughter was hospitalized, your hotel charged us for our night, even though I contacted you explaining the situation. My daughter is a college student with barely any money, and she was super excited to spend the weekend there so when she ended up in the hospital with very serious illness, we had only hoped that you guys would consider not charging us for the night so that maybe she could go in again another time. If there is any way that you would consider giving her a free night for the future, it would mean the world.

This was the nicest, most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered-far beyond even 5 star resorts. Very comfortable beds & Nice towels. The full breakfast was great and other meals at adjoining restaurant were amazing!
