The pool and hot tub area are in need of an update. There are spots in the pool and hot tun that are worn through to the underlying membrane.

Toilet didn’t work properly not a good smell in the room old and needs a refurbishing. Instead of the price of $256 a night they took off a $100 a night . Would not stay there again .

The fridge did not work and checked it was plugged in and had to take out of stand to ensure it was on but did not work so takeout food spoiled. Microwave also not plugged in so had to root behind stand to find cord and plug in. Mattress was lumpy. The shower wand would fluctuate the water temp and twice scalded my daughter. I took lukewarm showers. Reported fridge not working but not fixed and room not cleaned so phoned down and got ‘sorry’ and towels/toilet paper brought to us. Will not give my business to them again.

Rooms are good. Breakfast is good. Hot tub jets haven’t worked for quite a while. In comparison to other options in Red Deer, it is hard to beat for the price.

Okay, would give it a second chance.
Love the pool hours and breakfast hours. Did not like that there was no “hot” option for breakfast for some reason. There was still lots of choice and the make your own waffle but all of that was carbs and sugar. I didn’t like that the back door from the parking lot was broken and you could get in with out a key, made it feel very insecure with the elevator right there and also not requiring key.

I booked one night at the Hampton for a work trip because the hotel I was originally booked into was disgusting. Hampton may be a little more expensive but it is consistent. I’ve stayed in numerous locations in two countries and they’ve all been the same: clean, comfortable, friendly and warm. I am never disappointed and probably won’t bother with other hotels if there is a Hampton nearby. My room at this location was massive, the breakfast was tasty and warm, coffee was available at all times, they enforce a strict quiet time. Excellent.
