This is a convenient location for a quiet stay in and/or around the Red Deer Alberta area. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Great personalities of small town living. The room I had was upgraded to a bigger size at my request without hesitation. There is a beautiful large gym area and a sauna and hottub ondite. The only downside was a dysfunctional elevator. Its only 3 gloors and the elevator was repaired by the end of my 1 week stay.

I've stayed here before and it's great. The only thing that gave me a bit of concern this trip is that the elevator got stuck a few times over two days, and I opted to use the stairs so I wouldn't be late for work requirements. A guest got stuck in there for about 15 minutes. Elevators go through wear and tear, that's normal, just a recommendation it gets serviced by a certified elevator technician efficiently. Some people can be very claustrophobic and while the guy who got stuck had a great positive attitude, not everybody is as go-with-the-flow as us. Otherwise, great job everybody, I'll always stay here while on business in the area.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I didn't realize that the trains going by at night would be so loud in the room. Overall, the stay was good and we would likely stay here again if we are in the area.
