Sorry to have to report….the heater in the room isn’t working properly and blows cold air. There were many dark black long hairs found in the bed when first opening the covers. As well as your front desk agent although very kind was very sick with a cold and blowing his nose and sneezing and then handling all my items.

People were partying in the next room. Kept us up till 5AM. Made multiple calls to the front deak but no action was taken other than warning those folks. Should have been kicked out. They were yelling, shouting, banging doors all night. Frustrating night. Will never go back.

The front desk staff were accommodating and very polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. Love the upgrades, i worked there many years ago as "Will Inns" So it was great to see the makeover!

The check in was horrible there was only one person at front desk and guy in front of me honestly took over half hour I had time to check in my phone then I was still waiting , I wish the guy at the front desk would have at least gave me $20 off for the extra waiting , he was polite but I feel when there there should be at least 2 people on the front desk from 4 pm to 9 pm so you don’t have to wait 40 min to check in even after I did everything on line so people if you come be prepared to wait for ever to check in
