Really enjoyed our stay. Was there this week for business but my wife and kid had to stay here the week prior overnight. Place very clean. Liked the pool and hot tub really wish the steam sauna was working but other then that it looks like our new go to if we are staying in red deer.

We checked into a nice hotel with a modern look late at 11:30 pm. My husband and I, along with our 14-year-old dog Marcus, were all tired after a long drive from Kelowna. Ryan at the front desk welcomed us warmly. Since our one-night stay was already booked and paid for online, Ryan was friendly and quickly helped us check-in. We had a restful night and will stay there again in the future.

This was not a great experience at all. We got a room for our family and then were kicked out of the room.Even though we notified the hotel, people before the state that we had a dog. Then I noticed a whole bunch of extra charge on my credit card and they didn't refund my deposit. I want a full refund
