The pool was dark, not lite well, and now I k is why- very dirty. The breakfast buffet, well there was more food in the floor than on the buffet table, not one clean table to sit at (none had been cleared)

Easy to find. Listed as iHotel. But it reads Radisson on the outside…fairly confused. At least inside the iHotel advertising was visible. Hoping they add IHotel to the signage outside. Awesome location. Good beds. Clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Breakfast good

Needs some fixes but still an excellent hotel.
I love staying at this hotel but in my last visits, I find the condition of the rooms deteriorating. The shower head needed serious attention and the door lock had a mind of it's own. Besides that, the stay was very lovely.

This hotel is showing its age, there was rust in the bathroom and the sofa had stains. The pool needs work. Staff were nice and beds were comfortable. Was told only 2 breakfast vouchers per room so just bbe aware of that.

Probably will be a nice place when it's done. But the sauna is broken, the electric car charger isn't connected, half the channels don't load and buffet doesn't have syrup. The pool liner hasn't settled yet, the casting shows is still under the old hotels name. There's only one person working the front desk at any time. We only for breakfast coupons for our first day so I tried to calm down and see about more but our room didn't have a phone. So they took my full price money but the hotel isn't really done yet

The room is very big and are sound proof so we were able to sleep peacefully. However, expedia advertised the spa but it turns out it doesn't exist anymore. We were looking forward to it.
