Our experience is very different from the previous experience we’ve had last Feb. starting off with the receptionist Mikah. She took a long time with us even though we are the only guest at that time. When other guests arrived after us, the other receptionist Nicole was able to assist & finish off with 4 guests, while we still wait for Mikah to conplete ours. We asked for the difference in fees and free beverage offered and was asked to check with the travel agency. Second, our room was noisy and the bedding is dirty.

The Hotel was clean and presented well. We had difficulty locating stairs. There needs to be better signage. The buffet was decent. It was also nice to have an option to dine in their lounge.

This property is 18 minutes away from Sylvan Lake Park, which is not much, the full breakfast makes up for that 😀. They have a good-sized pool, which is used a few times. The hot tub could use a much-needed update, but it works. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are minutes away from the large shopping strip, Walmart, and more, and they are also close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this place for families and groups, for long or short stays. I spent 5 nights, and it was worth it to me.

The bed was so soft my wife and I would roll into the middle, so we slept in separate beds. So much for couple’s retreat. Tub didn’t drain properly. Hot tub had a bad smell to it.

Nice Hotel and Good Value

Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The only negative was only one elevator was working so it took a long time to get up and down from the room. We will stay here again.

Breakfast is great. We asked the kitchen for pancakes and the chef made them the next day. Great cleaning staff. Love the pool area (sauna, hot tub too). Can mirror my phone to the tv. EV charger works for my ioniq5 (there's a fast charger 5min away as well). Around the corner has lots of fast food. Only one elevator was working at the time of my visit so there was a long wait.

hotel was nice, positives, lots of amenities, pool, lounge, restaurant, laundry. Negatives: laundry room, washer needs maintenance doesn't accept Lonnie correctly, steam room also didn't function correctly, room service is slow, nachos took 90 minute to receive, (30 min after the restaurant/lounge has closed) after a follow up to coinsurer's to find out if these times are normal, fun fact: busy bar times during peak times takes 12-20 minutes to make nachos in a busy bar. the coinsurer/guest services was amazing, upgrading the room, dealing with lost food from room service, trying to deal with the laundry not working, replacing forgotten room key cards after breakfast. Fair price and location solid 3 star with potential to be a 4+ star resort/hotel.

Great stay! Low priced compared to other hotel counterpart. They have a small pool (3 feet deep which is good for kids) and hot tub. Great for families as they also have a games room but we didn't have time to check it out. Planet Fitness gym in the basement. Free Breakfast was good, but it was so busy as it's long weekend so it was hard for the kitchen staff to catch up with how fast the food goes out. It's by the highway so it's easy to go to places in the area. Can recommend and we can comeback in the future as long as they continue to be competitive in they're price point.
