The stay was lovely. The pool area is relaxing, the beds were lovely, and breakfast was decent. Other than only one working elevator and it being very slow we will stay here again.

The only bad part was the bar and grill. Walked out after 15 mins and no one looked at me.once during that time. I.was sitting 12' from the bar. And a no time did any of the three "caught my eye" to let me know that theynwould be with me as soon as possible

Honestly, I left early. Wasn’t very comfortable. Weird semi-public gym in basement. Dimly lit low ceiling pool and hot tub area. I just needed a place to crash for 1 night to break up my drive home, but I ended up powering through and driving the whole way home after spending a couple hours here.

The rooms were clean and you could tell had been updated. The game room was in need of repairs. The ping pong table and paddles were falling apart. The pool tables also were quite outdated. The staff were lovely

Very nice Red Deer hotel. The room had a kitchenette, K-cup machine, mini fridge, annd enough dishes and cutlery for two people. It also had a nice spot to dine in thr room, a very nice desk and chair, a pull out sofa and a king size bed. We had a hot breakfast buffet included in our stay. The pool is nice and warm. Not very deep, but great for families. The hot tub and steam room were great. A full gym is available to guests. Great value and the hotel was very clean. We would recommend iHotel.
