Old section of the property lacks air conditioning. Young man at the desk explained it to us and moved us, but the air in the new room was broken. I asked to speak to the manager who pretended to be surprised that they didn't have air but the poor kid at the desk didn't understand the game the manager was playing and said something to the effect of, "you know the hallway with the rooms with no air." The manager refused a refund (it states air, you didn't have air, that's false advertising). We ended up in a 3rd room and spent a rough night. I think Wyndham has destroyed their name by attaching it to subpar, rundown hotels with poor managers.

Was disappointed to not have an envelope in the room to tip the cleaning staff. This is the first hotel in my over 70 years that didnt have one. I checked with the staff and they advised that there wasnt one. ....so i left one anyway. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and breakfast staff were kept busy replacing coffee, milk, cups and food items as well as emptying garbage.
