It's a pretty good location with Tim Hortons and a Dairy Queen and Pizza 73 within 50 yards. Grocery store one block away. On the edge of downtown which gives you lots of options for walking or biking paths which RD is famous for.

I hotel was given a poor rating due to what was around it. I picked this hotel with walking convenience to the Hospital as my wife had surgery. The next morning got up and across the street were a few homeless people, one of them with their pants pulled down to their ankles.
