Building was old. The halls and doors were all very dirty and it smelled like a zoo in there. There was never someone available in a timely fashion at the front desk. Staff were very polite and helpful once they were available. The room was fairly clean but didnt have much for bedding on the bed. Definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.

Terrible, bed bugs present

Very old, run down hotel with bed bugs. Smelly, loud air conditioner. Will mot go back. It's a shame they are under Super 8 name.

Disgusting

This was the most disgusting super 8 i have every had the misfortune to stay at. The place had dried urine beside the toilet. The hallways would puff up in dust when walking, the room had cigarette butts on the floor when i checked in. Further to this I came back from work to find they "forgot" to clean the room just to be told they only clean every 3 days. The desk manager handed me the cleaning supplies to clean myself.

Noped out!

We didn't even stay here. Saw the room offered and noped out. No hot water, no way to turn it from bath to shower, broken electrical outlet, broken TV, double bed not king, smelled weird, no towels. We got a refund and left.

Got there and were "greeted" by messed up people in the parking lot. Went to check in and the lobby was dingy. No elevator so took a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. Holes in hallway walls and stains on the old carpets along with reeking like cigarette. Got to the tiny room with old blankets and smelling like pee. Turned around and checked out. Staff was nice and refunded me without asking any questions. As we were leaving the staff was trying to deal with a rough looking guy on crutches who had been dropped off from who knows where. Not at all safe or clean and it was much worse than I expected even for a cheap Super 8. They likely rent these rooms by the hour.

We had a terrible overnight stay. The room had bed bugs, and my kids couldn’t sleep all night. We traveled all the way to Calgary to celebrate their birthday, but instead of enjoying, we had a very stressful stay. On top of that, the reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected at all. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I

The hallways were a mess on the carpet and smelled like weed/cigarette smoke. Our room had a door which would allow someone to come into our room without our key. The carpet in our room was dirty. The balcony door would not lock, there was a paper cup full of water sitting on it. The cup attracted a cat. The microwave was not cleaned. There was stains on the bed sheets. The bathroom was designed so that one would have to expose themselves to the front door aftdr a shower, and the mystery door that we did not have knowledge of. When we first got to the hotel, there was a group of people hanging out in the parking lot away from the streets view, which made my spouse uncomfortable. But the air conditioning worked and the front workers were friendly.

Nasty the hotel should be condemned

Room was filthy, bathroom sink was plugged, this was the kitchenette with no pots pans dishes utensils, was very heartbreaking as we brought her own food. They could not supply with anything to cook with. Carpet was filthy we had the we use our shoes.
