Beartooth Hideaway Inn and Cabins was located just outside of town. The room is a little small, but cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There is an adorable bas-relief above the bed of a mother bear and three cubs, and the lobby has attractive artwork. There are also sculptures of bears in the outdoor décor. It has a refrigerator and microwave. And get this—it has a continental breakfast! They have good coffee and an excellent selection of donuts, yogurt, fruit, bagels, and cereal. Most lodging in and around the national park is outrageously expensive and does not include breakfast. Melissa, at the front desk, was very kind and informative when we asked about the closure on Beartooth Highway. Also, she instructed us to get all the food out of our car because of bears.

Hard beds, flat pillows. Bad lighting and very dusty in and on areas that aren’t in constant use. Tops of towel bars and lamp shade's hadn’t been cleaned in years.

The cabin we rented was great. Clean, comfortable. Practical kitchen (except for the tiny sink). All good with the cabin. The motel the cabins are associated with is another story. Used to be a super 8 or motel 6 or something. Still at that level. Swimming pool was a bit nasty with algae slime on the steps.

Great Location
Great location at the base of the Beartooth Highway in Red Lodge. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, but they did close before the posted hours said they would be closed. Quiet stay!

Might be okay for bikers and cyclists who spend one night. Small room, no maid service. Very limited breakfast, all packaged. No toiletries. Soap and shampoo dispensers empty. Asked for refills and got none. Two waste baskets and not emptied. No fresh towels.

Last minute booking. Place was ok definitely nothing fancy. The window was broken in our room. AC only worked part of the time. Breakfast had basic food, no place to sit for breakfast.
