Rude staff lady. No friendly. No propane for fire pit. Asked but they did not get any. No hot water on check out day. Room 103 is loud because they do laundry next door. Overall. 3 out of 10 rating. Won’t go back.

I have stayed at numerous Best Western hotels and this location is definitely nicer than a lot of others. You can see the interior of the hotel has been updated recently. Very nice breakfast area and outdoor patio. Great, walkable location. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap in the room. And replace coffee makers with Keurig's. We very much enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again when in the area.
