Had to change room, window shade broken. After cleaning, room never should have been cleared for occupancy until all items have been checked out and corrected. No matter how small an inconvenience, customers remember those things. Coffee in lobby empty, exterior garbage cans overflowing, etc

We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The hours were great, letting us use the facilities after dinner. Breakfast was ample, decent fare. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mediocre at best
Got there at 3 for checkin, told it would be 30 minutes. Waited 45 still not ready. Had to leave for our event. Got back at 8 and checked in. Bathroom was lacking supplies and carpet was damp. Large wedding party was in the lobby hanging out loudly until at least 1130. No offer of recomp was made for our inability to check in, or any appology offered. Won't use this hotel for our next stay. Made us sad, as our stay at their hotel in DL was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Loved the half avocados for breakfast. There was only 1 ice machine for the whole property (Should have been @ least 2) The ice machine didn't work for 4 days. Each time it was reported to the front desk was told the same thing about people filling coolers....but at 5 am?
