It was average first night was fine. Staff was respectful and kind the other guests on the otherhand make me want to consider other options. No reason for a TV to be blaring and your unsupervised kids running around being loud till nearly 3AM!

Red stains on pillow case and sheets. Tried speaking to someone at the front desk at checkout but no one was available. Very nice young man checked us in Friday night! He gets a great rating. TV remote wasn’t working, desk associate came up to get it working. Loud kids playing hockey in the hallway and over taking the entire pool area. Which is fine, just note not ideal for a couple looking to relax. Breakfast at 8:45 had no sausage or potatoes. Understandable with all the kids but nothing new was refilled in the 25 min we were there. Room had good space, nothing fancy!

The front desk staff was very nice. We had to wait to check in because their system was down. The toilet didn’t flush. The room was clean but for $258 I think a couple bottles of water would be nice. The bagels and bread the next morning were hard and must have sat out all night. Just had higher expectations for the cost of the room.
