It was not clean, the breakfast was not fully operational, the room smelled like mildew when you turned on the air conditioner, and the hot tub it was blocked off with caution tape green water, the pool was open but didn't look clean.
We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub had caution tape around it with dirty sludge. The pool was unheated and cloudy.
The computer system was slow so even though they asked me to pre-register, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check-in. When we got to the room, the beds were filthy. They had dirt/sand in them and bits of leaves. Both beds in our room had this problem.

Unbelievably disgusting. Arrived latenight entered a room that smelled like a dirty ashtray. The manager at check in warned us of a water leak from the toiet. Because they were sold out we were instructed to use towels to manage the leak. Outside our window in the parking lot below was a chain smoking meth head. There was dogfood in the corner of the room. The carpet was stained everywhere and the furniture scratched. The bedsheets were stained but smelled like bleach. The deadbolt did not lock so we rigged up the icebucket in case of entry while we slept. We crashed in our clothes for about 6 hours and then got out of there. I noticed hair on the walls of the shower and a stained shower curtain. We await the refund for the 2nd booking of the room that was unacceptable.
Check in was poor. Gave us the room card and when we open the door, someone was already in our room. They gave us another room, but it had no closet. Finally gave us a third room.
No dresser. Bed squeaked and clunked. Both room door and bathroom door squeaked loudly. No room service the first day and when we called, they said they only do it every day or so unless requested.
What’s with the guy that lives in his car on the street and spends his time in the lobby of the hotel? My son and I were visiting in the lobby and he came in and took over our conversation. Just very uncomfortable, knowing that he was living in his car and spent all of his time in the lobby.
My friends who I made reservations for here, saw what appeared to be homeless people writing messages on their paper plates at breakfast.
Lots of people hanging around that are pretty sketchy. This just knows not Len to a feeling of safety.
Every day for six days had egg burritos for breakfast. Pretty runny and not very tasty. A menu change would’ve been nice.
I think the owner needs to spend a little bit of time here to get things back in shape so that is a place that we would come back to. But of course we have no reason to come back because of the overall condition of the hotel. We are sorry that we encourage several of our Friends to stay there.

Not what I expected
Our check in service was neither friendly or not. The hot tub was broken. There is no coffee makers in the room. It seemed clean enough and was comfortable. Sure not what I expected.
Hot tub is closed, pool was dirty. Shower was like being pressure washed and didn't realize until i went to get out that there weren't any towels in the room. For the price we paid expected it to be better.
The clerk sent me to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. She proceeded to curse about the room not being cleaned, and then apologized for her language. She then told me the only room left would be on the second floor, no elevator at this hotel.
