My son and I did an impromptu overnight trip to explore Redding, Shasta and see Burney Falls. We were so happy to have stayed at this Best Western. The place was nice, clean and all the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and just overall amazing. One of the staff recommended great places to see and how best to maximize out one day visit in the area. So grateful to everyone there. And my sons loved the nice pool & spa! We look forward to going back again.

Our room was given to another person after we checked in….no apology from the front desk and we would have never known except that we saw the people enter when we returned from dinner! Also, bath tub VERY slow draining (above ankle water while showering), and mild is growing around tub. Paying $200 I

This is a great hotel! The pool is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and it is quiet. Also, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are so friendly. We look forward to being back next year!

The hotel was way overpriced. The lobby and breakfast was the only “wonderful” thing about it. The rooms are exterior access which I’m not fond of. The room was small and outdated bathroom was very small and I did not feel comfortable as I was alone with a small child.

All of the staff here are wonderful and friendly at every turn. The pool was excellent and rooms were clean. When you walked by the turned on a/c in the room you could smell a moldy/wet smell as it blew in your face. Didn’t effect the room smell really, but wasn’t pleasant. The breakfast was the least favorite of our 2 week trip. Overall a nice place.
