The stupid, I say STUPIDITY of having two motels in the same city listed as Best Western Plus means every request for directions and phone takes a client to the same one motel and you can never find this one. I used Trivago. Never again ! The motel was under construction but still fine. Great staff. But took me almost two hours to find it. A Sheraton Hotel gave me directions.

Great/safe spot to rest on a road trip

We were in the process of moving from CA to OR and needed a safe place to stop for the evening. The location was great, the facility was clean, and the staff were super nice. 10/10 stay!

The room we booked was for a person who suffers from a limited ability to walk. Unfortunately, the hotel decided to put the accessible room on the second floor as far as possible from the elevator. Ulitmately we had to use the luggage cart to get her to the room as it was impossible to walk to the furthest point in the hotel. Just dumb.

Nice to a quick stay

Check in was good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are sufficient for a short term stay. The breakfast is nice especially when you have children to feed.

Room was updated but was a little too dark for my taste. I like a lot of light in the evening could have had added another floor lamp in the room. Water pressure was poor but it was hot! Emmy was very helpful and accommodating my needs being I’m handicapped. I would stay there again.
