Location is good. Light bulbs missing in the room, TV had to be reprogrammed, shower weird: alternating momentarily between hot and cold. One of the weirdest motels I've ever stayed in.

Great Staff, But Property Needs Major Improvement The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we asked for clean sheets and extra towels (the ones provided were dirty). Their service was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The photos showed a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The property is very worn down—chipped paint, a rotting bathroom door, and carpets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The sliding glass door in our room didn’t close properly and left nearly a one-inch gap, which felt unsafe, especially since we were on the ground floor. Only one key card was provided, and when we asked for a second, we were told there was a shortage. There was just one ice machine for the whole property, and it was located on the third floor at the opposite end of the building. This hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but that should come with a higher standard of cleanliness. We’ve stayed with this hotel chain before and had great experiences, but sadly, this location didn’t meet expectations. The staff were fantastic, but the property needs serious attention.

totally fine for a last minute one night stay. relatively quiet. shower went from really hot to really cold over and over. woke up with strange headphones that weren’t mine in the bed, makes me think the sheets are not thoroughly cleaned between guests. don’t expect too much

Sadly this property is very run down. Rooms were dirty, only two towels in the bathroom. Lighting didn’t work in the bathroom so they put a plug in lamp on the bathroom counter. The entry door that should have been locked and only accessible to hotel guest with a key was just open, anyone could enter. Overall disappointed

Worst La Quin

Worst La Quinta I've ever stayed at. No room cleaning the whole time. Beds were horrible. Felt like they were 20 years old. Super outdated and in disrepair. No please do not disturb signs. Severely under staffed. Hotel outside door left permanently unlocked. Shower drain plugged. All lights were unplugged when we arrived. Smelled bad in room and hallways.

Got a wan smile from the desk clerk as she welcomed us. There were no top floor rooms or rooms away from the freeway. Wall-mounted bedside lamp was missing - just holes in the wall where it had been. Only one face cloth and soap and shampoo dispensers in showers were missing, but there were single use bottles and a small soap bar. Have stayed here over the years - seems to have slipped a bit, but will reserve judgement until breakfast tomorrow.
