Room and hallways smelt like cigarette smoke. Molding was coming off around the walls. The lock on my patio door did not latch. Restaurants were good to walk to. I enjoyed the restaurant at the Best Western. I travel for work a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, will not come back to this one.

The staff were very friendly. We stayed here while traveling on a road trip both ways and recieved consistent service. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I am highly disappointed in the condition of this hotel. Everything was completely filthy and gross as smelled like dog and cigarettes . There was dog poop in the hallway that took multiple hours to get cleaned up. There was stuff spattered on walls. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast area was filthy and covered in food on the floor. I will never stay here again. I am also highly disappointed that the bars on the patios are not code and are too far apart. I couldn’t open the patio door because my toddler could fit through the bars.

You can see where they painted over mold in the bathrooms. And the vent was not working. The also didn’t come in and clean even though it is posted in the bathroom that they will every day.

Non working hair dryer & front desk was rude when I asked for a resolution for this problem, dirty towels, no local tv channels, no coffee in the room, light had to be on for the tv to be on, pillows stunk, noisy in the hall all night with people talking in the hall & slamming doors, not enough plugs for cpaps, phones & watches, no outlet faceplate covers, not enough shampoo & conditioner for one person to use let alone that there were 2 people in our room, breakfast was very limited & what was supposed to be hot was cold. NEVER STAYING HERE OR AT ANY LA QUINTA AGAIN.

The property is in a state of disrepair. We rented several rooms, and unfortunately, we encountered blood on the floor and stains on the chairs in one of them. The shower emitted loud, screeching noises, and the Jacuzzi was out of order. They mentioned that there were baby ducks in the pool, but the pool itself was so green and unkempt that I couldn’t confirm their presence. To top it all off, the exit doors were locked from the outside, creating a concerning fire hazard. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Worse then a hotel 6 stay away!

This place worse than motel 6! The entry door rugs filthy. Paint missing and dirty doors. Only one ice maker worked on the 3 rd floor we were on 1st floor. Our bed sunk in. All chairs and couch was stained and filthy! The phone did not work to call front desk. I called 3 times from my own phone to ring for 20 min NO ONE ANSWERED. I even called when I was at front desk to hear NO RING! I was calling to get a part that was missing from the coffee pot! There was holes patched in bath ceiling from leak up above horrible job at that and entire ceiling was stained. No plug in sink to shave. All the doors stuck. We were only given ONE ROOM KEY as the ran out. The picture on web showed a hot tub but it was cemented over as the parts were to expensive is what was said. My room was so dirty I was afraid of bugs! Terrible night sleep. The noise from the hall people talking, kids running above. No parking and parking lot needs clean! Garbage and cigarette buts everywhere, Breakfast was a joke.Three 2 in pans they were empty when we got there but she did refill with many waiting it didn’t last long! Bigger pans would work for as many people staying. The home fry potato were freezer burned horrible! I have stayed at La Quinta before What a shock I traveled to another city an by pasted La Quinta because I am unsure if they are all like this now. The early morning front staff not helpful and unfriendly! Stay away from this one!!!! I have photos that would not load on this sight
