My family & I stayed here for one night and it was probably one of the worst experiences we have had with hotels. The room felt dirty, the bathroom was dirty ( floor / under the sink / tub ) the water from the shower was not draining properly and a puddle was forming when I was taking a shower. The water was leaking from bottom of the tub onto the bathroom floor. There was no trash can in bathroom , there was only one roll of toilet paper. The elevator stopped working later that night. It was just all a horrible experience and never will we book again. I have to say that the front desk was very nice and polite so thank you for that but besides those two wonderful ladies, it was horrible.

We travel to Redding once or twice a month. This is our 3rd time.. I’m not one to complain but unfortunately our last stay has came to this. No hot water, they were out of washcloths, I asked 4 times in a two day span for shower towels. Was told the final day they were washing and none available only to walk down the hall and see a maid with some. An elderly couple a few doors down couldn’t shower either because of no hot water. Our last visit was the same no hot water and the bath tub wouldn’t drain. If this was just a one time thing I wouldn’t give such a bad review but the same issue has happened prior times.

I decided to give this place another try after my last very poor experience on 10-16-2024. Checking in on 10-17-2024 good experience. They gave me a room requested, very friendly, willing to work with me after my bad experience on 10-16-2024. The room I had this time was good. The toilet didn't ghost flush all the time, smoke alarm was in the room, television worked including the sound, bathroom sink drained quick, and inside lock there. I have stayed at this location several other times but have not had a negative experience unit my visit on 10-16-2024. Based on my second try I would give it a go again to stay at this location.

I liked that it was pet friendly and i had no real issues outside of the vending machine during my stay. The staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Plumbing is a struggle, but water pressure was good.

Everything was BAD. 4 days we had to ask and travel to the front desk to get towels. Had to go to the far elevator because the front elevator was not working again. The elevator's certification certificates of inspection are 2 years out of date. The second room was cleaner than the first, but still not good. Stained sheets and not clean around and under bed and end tables. 👎

First room 254 found no smoke alarm removed just wires, inside upper lock broken, tv came on but no sound, toilet ghosts flushes, no phone in room to contact front desk, no alarm clock. Finally contacted front desk and moved to 234. 234 the toilet in this room ghosts flushes even more than in 254, one of the beds mattresses sinks in, upon taking shower water luke warm. Stayed at this place several times in past and has not been like like this will be looking for other place to stay when coming over here.

The Gal that checked us in, she was nice, put us in a room that smelled disgusting, and the carpet was dirty, with stains all over the room. I needed to use the restroom, after being on the road for over 2 hours, and she said no, it's only for employees and owners. That's ridiculous, that there is not s restroom for guest to use in the lobby / breakfast area. Stains on the carpet through out the hotel. CLEAN THE CARPET, OR REPLACE it! Room wasn't cleaned, had to go to the front desk and ask for a roll of toilet paper. the only thing good about the stay, the bed was comfortable.

Barking dogs all night long, rooms smelled like smoke (non-smoker), given 1 towel and a half of a toilet paper roll for 4 day stay (asked for another roll and got an attitude from staff, stained pillow cases, dirty toilet, locks missing from the sliding glass door and moved to another room (safety concern). Please work on fixing your broken items and replace stained sheets and pillow cases for the next guest who stay. We were not impressed especially for the amount of money that we paid.
