Very dirty property, all bed sheets were dirty when we got in the room, and we asked for clean ones, and the ones we were given as clean ones were also dirty.

Super low quality, super basic room

The room we stayed in had a big hole in the wall under the bathroom sink, missing floorboards in the bathroom and room. Door frames missing and broke. Holes in the wall in the room. It was a last minute stay and there was no shampoo to was my hair(I’m a woman) I’m not using the bar soap meant to wash your hands on my hair. The only soap there was, was the bar soap to wash hands to shower with. There was someone else’s hair inside the sheets on the bed. Coffee in the lobby was so low quality that you wouldn’t even have made it in your own house, and the he creamer didn’t even help it taste better. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check-in was sketchy, seemed like a scam, had two bookings under my name, tried to check me in for a week even though it was a one night stay. Have never had these issues before with Expedia but the manager said it was their fault. Sheets in room were dirty with dirt/debris on them.
