The staff was great and accomdated us for all our requests. The 1st problem we had was not the hotels fault. Our neighbor was having a very loud partyso they were disturbing us. The staff immediatly moved us.....but to a room with a broken tv. The 2nd room was sufficient for the evening, and convenient parking, but when we opened the door there was a roach on the floor!! The beds were anything to be desired and when sitting on them your butt touched the boxspring! Was it overall clean? Yes, did we sleep? Yes. Would i recommend? Probably not.
Dirty sheets, stunk like cigarettes and weed. Mud and dirt on floor like it wasn’t even cleaned. Hair in the bathtub and toilet wasn’t cleaned it was disgusting! The front desk guy was lovely but I was worried I would get bed bugs from this place but checked the bed and didn’t see any. Do not stay here!
It was average for Motel 6.
I thought room service, like trash dumping and fresh towels would be a service I would receive every day, but it wasn’t. I only got fresh towels when I asked on the third day and dumped my own trash on the fourth day. Apparently there is no room service unless you ask for it, no matter how long your stay there. It’s not a Hilton or Ramada Inn. You get what you pay for.
When booking in, another couple had issues regarding them booking a non smoking room and being given a smoking room. Should have seen that as a sign. We asked to extend the stay for another night because we would be traveling to Sacramento the next day for an appointment and didn’t want to travel more hours back to our home in on the coast. Came back that evening to our things gone and the manager said since we didn’t check back in that day they removed them. I’ve never heard of this being done before. If you have a 2 night stay why would you have to check back in the next day?
The stay was good
But what wasn’t so good is that nothing is said about 100 deposit until the are getting your room even if you pre register and if you don’t have the cash and put it on your card you are told it could take up to five days

There was used fast food wrappers under the bed and the receptionist was rude.
