I have had good experience with Quality Inn in past but this experience was nothing more than a disappointment. I paid 327$ for two night which wasn't worth. Day when we checked in TV set wasn't working, I had to call multiple times on desk and visited 4 times after which front desk associate changed our room. Later when we tried to open the new room, key wasn't working, again had to visit front desk. Associate came again and helped us. Next day front day associate lady was really good and amazing. She helped us on information exploring around the places. I think this was the good part. Breakfast wasn't really great but still would rate ok but overall experience at this property wasn't worth of 300+$ for two nights.

We liked this place; very clean with all the basics. We were a little turned off when we asked about early check in. The answer was, "It will cost $50.00." I would have rather they said, "Sorry, no early check in but we are working hard to get your room ready." "I apologize."

It was the worse experience of our trip. Walls had stain in them, ceiling look like a child had painted, smelled!! wifi didn’t work. Walls in bathroom splatter with yellow satins. 127 if you wondering the room number.

The hotel is old and has not been kept up. There was a 1" gap at the bottom of the door, the floors, walls and bathroom were dirty. The entire facility stunk of terrible air freshener that burned our eyes and gave me a headache. The AC unit and refrigerator made noise all night long. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. Only stay here if you just can't afford something cleaner and nicer. They should change the name to the No Quality Inn.
