Just a heads up for those traveling with a trailer, there is no parking if you have a trailer so you’ll have to park on the street and haul everything to your room by hand.
Credit where credit is due, the staff were really great. However, the first room we were in the toilet wouldn’t flush so we had to move to another room which is quite a chore for a family of four with two young kids and after hand bombing everything from the street and up the stairs, but stuff happens.
The next room seemed good, however, when my wife went to have a shower in the morning, the shower didn’t work and wouldn’t turn on. When we mentioned it to the staff in the lobby they did offer to get someone to come take a look, but due to a tight timeline and a long drive ahead of us, the shower ship had already sailed.
I asked at the front desk for some compensation, as we paid good money to stay there and some of the basic facilities didn’t work. I was told that the manager was the only one who could do that and was given the number to reach the manager. I asked if the manager could call me, as I would be driving, but I never heard from them.
I tried calling a few times but they were never available. I understand that things happen and stuff breaks, but I’m definitely disappointed that they didn’t make it right.
