The service was ok-ish. And the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The bed was very comfortable and there was free underground parking.

The area is convenient being 8 minutes away from lounges etc. by car but, it’s difficult if you don’t have ride from property to get around

Was a bit too far to walk into The city but for what we needed it for ( a one night stop over ) it was great and we’ll definitely use this hotel again

Worst case, untrained personal. Housekeeping smoked in our room. We found cigarettes on the floor. Manager for regulation not available. This hotel is the worst caes. I will never take a Plaza inn. Unbelievable If this is the standard from Expedia I will not booking any more from Experte.

Positiv waren die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel und das Zimmer war OK. Negativ aufgefallen war das ganz langsame Wlan und für die Sauna wollte man 8,50€.

Das Zimmer war Sauber, hatte genug Stauraum und sogar eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und wurde schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Um den Abend ruhig ausklingen zu lassen, gibt es auch eine Bar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel

Positiv: Das Zimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren, war sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, mit einer kurzen Fußwegentfernung zur Bushaltestelle, von der aus man schnell in die Innenstadt gelangen kann. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn befindet sich das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Negativ: Leider trübten einige Aspekte meinen Aufenthalt erheblich. Der erste Punkt war die Forderung nach einer Gebühr von 10 € für einen Early Check-in, um uns dann mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer noch gar nicht fertig ist. Da wir eh noch auf unsere Freunde warten mussten, verbrachten wir die eine Stunde im Wartebereich, der ebenfalls einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck machte, mit deutlichen Rückständen vom vorherigen Frühstück. Ein weiterer negativer Aspekt war die extreme Wärme in unserem Zimmer, die wir aufgrund einer nicht manuell steuerbaren Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht beeinflussen konnten. Auch die Dusche enttäuschte mit geringem Wasserdruck. Am Sonntagmorgen konnte dann das Frühstück aufgrund einer nicht angekündigten geschlossenen Veranstaltung nicht wie geplant von 7 bis 10 Uhr eingenommen werden. Wir und andere Gäste standen bis 9 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen. Der Kaffee wurde dann auch noch im Pappbecher serviert, da offensichtlich die sauberen Tassen aus waren. Das Personal schien zudem überfordert zu sein, das Buffet rechtzeitig aufzufüllen. Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

A szoba nyitott ablakkal fogadott, és az egész ottlétem alatt alig volt langyos az az egy szem radiátor. Kb. 15 C fok volt egész éjjel a szobában. Ráadásul meleg víz sem volt egyáltalán, zuhanyozni sem tudtam. Jelezetem a recepción, de nem tudták megoldani. Érezhetően nagyot változott a hely, mióta nem Mercure.

Es war sehr zuvor kommend vom Empfang bis zur Abwicklung. Waren keine Parkplätze mehr vorhanden dürfte ich kostenlos in die Tiefgarage. Ich habe auch später noch was zu trinken bekommen an der Bar. Alles hat gestimmt, wunderbar und ich ich buche wieder!
