The room I was giving wasn’t clean they gave me another room that the bed was very lumpy, their restaurant is close so no more hot breakfast, they offer a continental breakfast in a room that they fix with out no tables so I guess you get your food and go to your room, the food didn’t look fresh. Extremely disappointed

I have been staying here lots when I travel with my father for medical appointments. But know their restaurant is close, the free breaks is in a room with no tables to eat at, I wa giving a room that had not been clean then moved to another room that the bed was extremely lumpy. Will not be staying here again.

You get what you pay for, a warm place to sleep and shower. The towels had stains, and the room was poorly cleaned with hairs and dirt spots all around. The carpentry was also pretty bad and the plumbing wasn’t done right…there’s 2 shower heads but you can only use one at a time. Didn’t bother with the breakfast. But still cheapest rate in the area.

Sheets and blankets were all stained and dirty. A band started playing early in the morning in the lobby on a Sunday and woke us all up it sounded like drums were in the room. We had specifically requested a late checkout as were travelling on the road and needed more sleep and that obviously didn’t happen with the noise. Also needles and dogshit right by the front door.

Super disappointed in the lack of customer service and lies from the front desk staff. I booked a last minute room as my flight got cancelled. Check in went smoothly, we went up to the room and was greeted by some not so pleasant bugs in the shower. Gross! Went down to the front desk immediately and they changed my room. Got to the new room (mind you the heat was barely working in the room and it’s -30 outside). Just decided to bundle up for the night and get sleep before my flight. I woke up to see a BED BUG crawling on the pillow. Moved all my belongs and went down to the front desk. Made the receptionist aware of the situation and provided him with a photo as proof of the bed bugs, he agreed that it was in fact a bed bug and he was going to get me a new room and connect me with a manager later in the day. I called the booking service once I got to my new room (Expedia) and made a claim with them. They contacted the property directed and the receptionist told them that I didn’t actually find a bed bug, it was a ladybug. A ladybug that was filled with blood in a cold Saskatchewan winter? The hotel was clearly trying to cover this up. Was able to speak with the manger, he gave me his personal number which I thought was very odd and he informed me that I would be getting a refund within 72 hours. It’s been a week no refund and when I called the hotel to ask for an update receptionist told me he wasn’t aware of bed bugs and nothing was on my file about the issues I experienced.

It is a recently renovated property, the bathroom door looks like it was pride open, the knob for shower fell off and it worked diffrently than the room I stayed in a few weeks ago. by looks of parking lot the property does not appear to be at capacity and always get a room at far end of hallway from elevator. tv is a little big for the rooms, no channel guide

The area is noisy and don't feel safe as the room does not have the double lock where you can lock your room from the inside. Not even sound proof, you can hear everything from the other room, walking in the hallway and every-time guests close and open their door

The front desk girl was pleasant and the room was comfortable. I Recieved a message from Travelodge offering to pre check in online. Great I thought, that should save some time and hassle when I arrive. It did not, despite the end of that process saying to just pick up your key, this was not the case. When I arrived, I still had to do the entire process, not a big deal but why offer a service that saves no time? The "temporary continental breakfast" was a joke, putting out a container of "Great Value" Juice and off brand muffins and Swiss rolls is a pretty lame attempt in 2025 for a chain hotel, not one protein option offered, don't count on this hotels breakfast offering dispute the advertising.

Literal voids and gaps around air conditioner units. Had ice building up on my bag in front of it. Peep hole was installed in reverse. Shotty renovation and carpentry work in all areas. Bathroom lights and fans would shut off at random times, dangerous during a shower. Front end staff was courteous and helpful to our concerns but obviously not in a position to make the appropriate accommodation changes.

The fact that I was over charged by 100.00 and not able to get in contact with them, the cleanliness was not good. The restaurant and pool were under construction, wish i would have known that at the time of booking. Very disappointed will not recommend.

Tthe place was worth the pirce of stay. The comp breakfast was disappimting, a few soggy oranges, stale cereal and 2 loafs of bread next to some jam is not a breakfast. Its a bit older but hotwl rooms were clean.
