Mattress is well beyond its life, extremely uncomfortable. The hotel actually tore old towels and used them as face clothsin the room. The pool is inaccessible due to an over powering chlorine stench. Front desk staff smelled of body odor masked by cheap collone and they were extremely rude. Avoid this disgusting dump if you can!

The bed was not comfortable. The swimming lessons of private patrons is not very good take place In The small pool already crowed by clients. I don’t think it’s a great idea to be doing this in a hotel pool. Room is very muggy no matter what setting the air or fan was on.

We stayed for 3 days, during a Rider game.. it was great! Friendly staff and even though the hotel was really busy, we found it quiet and restful. Helpful snd friendly staff!
