The supposed secure parking lot is not secure. Local street people eating food on top of people’s vehicles. People throwing up in the supposed secure parking lot and no security on site. I asked about this and the hotel told me they don’t have any. The streets outside of the hotel are not safe. Could not get out of there fast enough. Staff at the hotel are great. Hotel is very nice. But all of the rest, I will will avoid.

We asked for housekeeping to clean the room, as we were heading outside, they never came, we talked to front desk to ask them to clean the room, they assure us they will, no one showed up, we ended up puting the garbage outside the room, and still no one picked it up even on the day of our checkout

The shower was scolding to freezing. I paid for parking at front desk and had to pay again to get out. Nobody around, intercom not working. Shower leaked on floor.

Clean, quiet, prompt service. Additional charges for parking ($25/outdoor parkade/ day or $35/underground parkade/day). Keep that in mind when booking your stay if you have a vehicle and are coming in from out of town.
