This stay was booked in error by over 1 month, immediately after booked, tried to cancel and they would not even look into it or offer another date. I was dealing with Expedia and the Hotel direct, and they just accused each other for the issue. I would NOT ever use either service again as to me it is pure theft.

Nice rooms! Clean! We booked 3 rooms. My one complaint: we requested a 1 hour extension on check out as one of our business colleagues had a delayed flight checking in very late. Night desk manager - very rude - not willing to accommodate because we’d booked with Expedia. Only if we’d booked direct, he said. Called in the AM and day desk staff - super friendly - agreed immediately to later check out. The night guy needs a lesson in good customer service! We would never have found the hotel if not for Expedia but may not return because of this experience.

The room was fine the elevator sketchy parking area was sketchy the area was bad even the hotel kept the main door locked. Everything closes by 6 so very inconvenient to find food or anything.

The hotel and room were satisfactory, the front desk employee was great - had to call him to find out how to get to the hotel because due to construction the gps directions did not work - we had to go down a back alley to get there. Expedia did not list that there is a $15.00 charge for parking so the pricing was not accurate. There was no hair dryer in the room. The bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good (choice of breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and coffee or water - no juices or milk) I will not book with them again due to the location and the charge for parking - we have never stayed at a hotel that charges their guests to park their vehicle - not sure how many "walk in" guests they get - most, if not all, are travelling by vehicle!

Parking is extra, but convenient.

Hotel staff were awesome. I had problems getting to hotel ( construction everywhere). Room was immaculate. I would have liked hand rails in the shower for my husband. I’m am peeved that parking wasn’t included with my stay. After I booked I was informed that parking would be extra. If I had known that I might have gone elsewhere. But I will say this. The parking was very convenient, right at back door, with a ramp.
