when returning to room in the evening, there was a man at the entrance that was totally out of it. Staff did their best to get the police officers there to have him removed, but as a single female, very uncomfortable.

Was a very good experience. Will stay here again. The included breakfast this hotel used to have was better than the current, restricted set up but it is still nice to have the included breakfast bonus.
