Rooms are dated and worn. I was not impressed when the young man at the front desk (limited English and difficult to understand) told me that I would have to pay more for rooms that were accessible by an elevator! He noticed my mom walking with a cane and was trying to explain that most of the hotel is accessed by an elevator and then a set of stairs. This should be clearer in the hotel description. Thanks to the manager who noticed my upset, he didn't charge any extra. The biggest issue was the noise. In my room I could hear everything from next door and the room above, including bathroom use and conversations. I definitely wont be staying here again.

I stayed here about a year ago, since than room was updated. Very good location to have it as a base in city, quiet and secured.
