Will NEVER reserve through a booking site again!!!
Due to a date conflict, I tried to move my reservation from Nov.25 to Nov.28. The hotel wouldn't do it for me directly ; I had to contact Hotels.com , who ultimately wanted a huge penalty, which more than doubled my room cost. NO WAY!! You can stick your brand of customer service/ satisfaction where the sun don't shine.. I'll never book anything through an agency like yours again. We ended up not traveling and forfeited our room cost. Thanks for nothing !!! Little wonder why there's anger in the world with this kind of BS going on.

The stay was fantastic. However, this is an old hotel...so things like the pool area could definitely use a face lift. However. The water was so warm ... and the hottub actually hot! Made up for the dingey stairs leading to the top of the slide LOL . Rooms were comfortable. Staff was great. Restaurant was good.

Left through the side exit at 0800 Saturday and hit 3 staff standing right outside the door, in uniform, smoking joints. The room was 26 degrees with the thermostat set to 16 degrees. Staff did get us a fan he second night when we complained to the front desk that it was too hot too sleep.
