Very nice renovated hotel. Very charming inside.Spacious room. Continental breakfast was nice but need plain bagels for picky eaters. Also, hall carpeting should be replaced with vinyl flooring that’s easier to clean.

The staff who checked us in & the day staff person who checked us out truly had great customer service. House keeping staff were amazing and definitely need credit for friendliness & job with cleaning room. Francy was amazing and I’m sad she was off the last day I was there.

The sheets smelled like bleach; way too overpowering. The website never mentioned a pet fee and we had already checked in before they said, oh, that’s $25. The free coffee was quite tasty.

I liked the easy check in and the parking was always good. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was that the jacuzzi was not hot at all. It was a little warmer than the pool water but not hot and so it was not enjoyable to relax in the jacuzzi.

The room was nice. We took an air mattress so we weren't squeezed into just two beds. It was me, my husband and our teenage twins. The air mattress fit perfectly in the room. The desk staff were accommodating giving us extra pillows and a blanket. We did have to ask for additional towels since we only got two to begin with. The breakfast was ok. Waffles were delicious but not many protein options. My husband and son used the pool. They enjoyed it, but the hot tub wasn't hot.

Clean room, but only one garbage for such a large room was not enough, friendly staff- pool can use some updating and a heads up about the hot tub out of order would have been nice. But over all a good stay with our dog with us
