Alejandro and his staff where exceptionally helpful. Great price , the rooms where clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. The pool and especially the Jacuzzi where up and running. My family and i will come back again

This place works great if you have a pet or are on a budget. very friendly staff. great location to shops and food. room was fine common areas just ok. again this is a super great dog friendly place and will use again when i am driving up the east coast with my dog.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, easy access to our room with our dogs. Great location for shopping, beaching, eating etc. Hot tub is a bit out dated and wearing but so comfortable and enjoyable! Very nice stay, will definitely be back!

We were able to bring our dog which was a bonus. The room as wll as hotel very clen. Coffee maker in room was a plus. Very nice Continental Breakfast. I would recommend to family and friends coming to Rohoboth DE

The staff was friendly. The room was dirty. Hair in the tub, what we Hope was candy in the mattress in the pull out beds, dirt on the floor, etc. Pet hair all over. (We booked a pet-free room due to allergies.) The bathroom was tiny, which isnt a huge deal but seemed odd given the space of the room and that it was supposed to sleep 5 people... and the tub had a random patch in it w/mildew or mold growing on it. The pool was also ICE cold- apparently the heater was broken. Same story with the hot tub. The issue with the pool was extremely disappointing as we booked specifically to use it and even called 2 days ahead to make sure it was open and operational & we were advised it was- what a disappointing experience....

It was very disappointing that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub did not work. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was because there was a pool and hot tub. the rooms were nice the breakfast was good the staff was kind.
