Shade was broken so glaring light came into room making it hard to sleep. Shower made a terrible ear piercing screech. Dog across hall was barking for 60 minutes. No cups or tissues in room. Hot and cold water faucets were reversed. Fireplace was broken. Needs a lot of TLC.

It was okay.

Checked in for two nights on a family trip for our first-time visit to Rehoboth Beach. Staff was friendly, I appreciated being able to pay for incidentals with cash, which seems rare these days. Hotel does not have an elevator (from what I could see), but is on two floors, as an FYI. The carpet looks like it's from the 90s, pool area could use some renovations, but my kids enjoyed it (especially the baby/wading pool, which was also a warmer temperature). Nice vending machine selections, coffee is available 24/7, very basic breakfast options (waffle maker, two cereals, some bread, yogurt, boiled eggs, and orange juice). The room was decent enough. The sofa bed was uncomfortable (could feel the springs), there were no linens available for it so we had to request them, the king bed was very comfortable, the property is very dog-friendly, free parking, and the hotel is within a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and beach. We do plan to visit Rehoboth Beach again in the near future, but we will likely stay somewhere a bit more modern and updated.

Over all the stay was great the pool area need updating but they already in the process rooms are very nice quiet and service was great. Only thing again pool area bathrooms need more frequent cleaning was very dirty

I was here for a softball tournament and the hotel is 5 minutes from the fields. Very clean and convenient. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. You are literally right on top of the outlets.

Booked this hotel based on some of the better reviews and I was so disappointed. Although the room was very clean it was dated and had a weird smell. The walls were paper thin you could hear the occupants in the next room. Also I kept getting flies in the room which was gross. I paid for a two night stay and only stayed one night. This property also had a no smoking policy however people were clearly smoking you can smell it walking through the halls. I’d say this place is more of a motel and not a hotel.

When booking a searched for a 5 star hotel, upon walking into the lobby, there was a bad smell (old and stuffy) and the carpets were filthy. I’m very picky but the room ok.

This is a roach motel, is not worth the money, just save your money and get a nicer hotel or camp. Camping would be cleaner then this "hotel" it's a meth motel. Don't come here, I would give it a 1/10

The pool and hotub are amazing. Blanka is such a sweet heart that was patient when i screwed up my reservation when i realized i booked it for the wrong night. Anything needed from front desk was handled promptly. Will definitely recommend.
