Good basic lodging at a good price
Check-in & check-out were quick. The room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. The entire motel looks like it was recently built. The bathroom was quite large for a motel room. Easy parking. No elevator, though. No breakfast provided, but there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Great Value Very Clean!
It was our second stay at this motel and once again the rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. My partner has asthma so we check the filters in the heat/ AC unit and they were spotless. This shows attention to detail as well as concerns about guests wellbeing. You would be surprised at how few hotels/ motels pay attention to this. The Anchorage has earned our business and will be our hotel of choice each time we come down to Rehoboth Beach. It's a great value for the cost.

Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed - a quick overnight stay. The only issue we encountered was someone running around in the room above us after midnight and again around 6 am which was annoying. I would definitely stay here again as the price was very reasonable and the location was great.

Wonderful
Great Motel!. We've stayed at this motel many times. Nice place to stay since renovation. The owner did a great job with the renovations. Big rooms and very clean. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

We stayed one night for our son’s baseball tournament and were looking for a simple, affordable and clean room. Our room was spotless. The carpet looked fairly new and clean. Bathroom was renovated and very clean. Overall, our stay was great and our room was affordable. We would consider staying there again.
