$50 return

I did not get my $50 return. The rooms have no hangers for wet clothes pr mirrors on the wall for getting ready. The bathroom fan did not work. You need to pay extra for everything. The lobby had no coffee. The Employees were nice but disgruntled. My room was not ready at 4pm. I received my key and the room door was open and not ready.

So we were given one key for 3 people and when asked for another key I was told “they are not available” by a very rude and condescending person at the front desk. 2 very small pillows per bed and could not ask for more. Clean rooms every 3 days???? I’m paying $350 a night plus parking now and I can’t even have the room cleaned! It’s a beach town. We are showering multiple times a day and sand everywhere . Insanity!

Always a good stay, only complaint is the tv provider and WiFi. Tv channels were all shaky and would cut off. WiFi was an additional charge.

The property is close to the beach. It had a small out door pool. The room could have been cleaner. The beds were spring mattresses and one of them was broken so it made lots of noise.
