No beach view, no opportunity to upgrade. Only proximity to the boardwalk. Overpriced. Broken tv. Tiny tv in bedroom. Mattresses were uncomfortable and small. Repair person did replace the tv the next morning but we went a $240 night without one. Cleaning staff did service in between nights which can be uncommon these days. That was appreciated. The room was dark and dimly lit with a tiny window and low ceilings.

Please don't make me leave a review. Sigh - the Hotel was okay - we found something on the bath floor when we checked in so downgraded cleanliness. Overall, room was a pleasant surprise with the separate sitting area from BR with a pocked door between the two rooms.

We had a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool was fantastic. Unfortunately the room was filthy, I had the largest roach I’ve ever seen in my bathroom, the two queen beds are actual full size and the pillows are more like couch cushion inserts. You’re paying for the view alone. Front desk staff don’t seem to care about anything. One younger guy was sleeping when I checked in. This place is in major need of a management and cosmetic overhaul. It’s a shame.

The GPS directions take you to a different block - when ask the front desk about it they said yeah - we know - you have to put in the street address - this has been the case for two years but they haven't updated the directions on the webste. Despite the cleaning staffs' best effort the building is worn and tired - a fresh coat of paint might help. The water pressure in the shower barely removed my cream rinse - the coffee pot did not work. Totally over priced - I would not stay there again.

We go here every year for a girls trip & our stay is always great. The front desk staff are always friendly & efficient. Anything we request whether it be blankets or a problem with the remote control, someone is there within minutes to accommodate us. The place is always spotless. Can’t wait to go back next year.
