We looked in one room and it was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet was running, and my daughter found a small bug when she pulled down the sheets. I went down to the manager and requested another room. The room smelled and looked horrible. We cancelled and went to the Econo Lodge next door

I booked a stay at Rodeway Inn in Rehoboth DE from 6/28/25 - 6/30/25. This property is horrendous, so I checked out the following morning on 6/28. There is no way this corporation can even justify offering this property on the conditions that they were in. I am requesting a full refund and the difference in price from the room that I was forced to reserve due to the unsanitary and unhealthy conditions of this property. I have images of room 117 and the invoice for the additional room and cost.

Great stay!

Check-in was a bit hectic since a lot of people arrived right at 3 PM and the rooms weren’t quite ready yet. I’d recommend updating the check-in time on the website to 4 PM to help set better expectations. That said, the room was super clean and well-organized. Everything was easy to find if needed. The kids had a blast in the pool, and my husband really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! I accidentally left behind a brand-new set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and wasn’t able to get in touch with the front desk to pick it up… but hey, enjoy it, lol! Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

Do Not Ever Stay here. Flies everywhere in the room. Bathroom had MOLD. Smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. And the carpets were DISGUSTING . NEVER NEVER NEVER . Check out person did not even ask us how it was. And there was no breakfast left within the time frame. You should be ashamed.

Never staying here again.

Booked for a quick stay while traveling to several beach areas. While the room (#251) was large and offered views on two sides, maintenance was lacking badly. There were stains throughout the carpet, and on the chair upholstery. There were moth holes in the curtains. Wallpaper was peeling in the main area behind the sofa, and there were mold spots on the ceiling. The room didn't smell that great, and the TV was on a coffee table instead of being mounted on the wall or put on a taller piece of furniture. There was no desk or table to eat your food on - just the dresser. And there is plenty of room to add more pieces of furniture in there. This location is close to many attractions and Rehoboth Beach, but it needs a remodel and refresh of its rooms. Got to breakfast late, so not sure if I missed anything good there. There were only pieces of fruit and toast when I arrived.

At check in the on site person was rude. The bathroom seemed dirty. For 5 people there were 3 towels and had to ask for more. The continental breakfast was literally bread and cereal.

I booked last minute and paid VERY high price per night. The hotel is run down, tiles failing off wall in bathroom, furniture is VERY old scratchedup and worn, several light bulbs were burnt out BUT the room was clean and we had a small service dog with us they allowed us to stay. The place is right in the middle of the outlets and tons of restaurants. Short 5-10 min drive to beaches. I wouldnt stay again but it was clean. Many many bicycles locked up around hotel. Assume young seasonal workers must stay on property. The pool was nice but always crowded. Breakfast was offered but just basic food: cereal, bagel, muffins and coffee. Only one ice machine for all guests.

The pool was the best part of the hotel. Mold in the bathroom , dirty carpet that turned your feet black. Room smelled terrible from first day till we left.
