Very clean hotel with exceptional service and a great breakfast. The property is a great location to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions and has a great staff, both at the reception desk but also the wait staff and cleaners. Nothing in the hotel was out of place. Great attention to details.

My room looked like it wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. My bed looked unmade and the sheets had hair in them. I contacted the hotel and they replied quickly and were able to have the bed linens changed quickly. When I looked around further the drawer by the bathroom was dirty and had hair in it. The room overall didn’t seem to be cleaned well. I asked for a new room which they were able to accommodate quickly and it was cleaner however the linens still looked somewhat unclean.
