We stayed at this hotel because it’s the only decent one in Reims that can accommodate 3 ppl in a room. In terms of location it is wonderful. Walkable to train station and all around Reims Centre. The hotel is advertised as renovated, however that is outdated now. Rooms are tired and getting very worn. Upon arrival the room we were given was dirty, and not properly turned over (towels were not replenished in bathroom). Our room was switched. It was better however when we went to shower, the shower gel was completely empty. When I called down to get some more, I was placed on hold for 3 minutes then hung up on. When I called back they said they were too busy and could only come up in 15 minutes. So I went down to get it myself. I stayed in this hotel last year and loved it which is why we went back. Not sure if there was a turnover in staff or management, but the overall could use a refresh. I would not stay here again.

Fine as a quick stop-over but otherwise quite basic and despite claiming to have been recently renovated, for the €€€ paid, it’s very basic and already quite tired looking. They do offer convenient family rooms, and the beds were fine, but I’d only return if there wasn’t another alternative.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast is quite limited, not many opinions. And long waiting time for the lift as the breakfast is on the top roof floor 7 (great idea and nice view). No stairs access to the restaurant. Very expensive parking space (presume because of the central area). Understaffed for summer time

The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow . Otherwise, the hotel is clean and lovely

Convenient nice hotel with great breakfast!

Loved this hotel. Very convenient to the main pedestrian walk, cathedral and restaurants. Parking is a little challenging bc the spots are VERY small but our little car made it in. If not, there is a larger municipal structure a few doors down. Room for 3 was tight with the pullout couch out but manageable. We had a terrace which was delightful for a glass of wine and cheese. Bed was excellent, bathroom clean and modern and worked. Separate toilet which is nice. Breakfast was fabulous - up on the top floor overlooking the rooftops and the cathedral in the distance. Great offerings - eggs, cheese, meats and many breads. Fruits, juice. Only complaint was the croissant wasn't so great but that's minor. Staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel that we had to book last minute because Bookings.com gave us a truly terrible place to stay! This was comfortable, safe, and exactly what you expect from IHG group. Next time I will book my full trip with them because it was far superior on a few occasions now!

The hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants, bars e.t.c. We couldn’t park at the hotel as it was full but the staff directed us to parking nearby that wasn’t too expensive. The only downside was that there was not hot water in the mornings to shower. But there was hot water in the evening.
